Nike Hypervenom 3 Black Pack | Jordan would be jealous
The Nike Hypervenom 3 burst on to the market in vivid colours, but now time has come to introduce a famed crowd pleaser. All black with silver and red detailing - does it get any better than this?
When I see this colourway I can't help but think of some of the iconic basketball shoes that Nike made for Michael Jordan as he rose to fame in the NBA. And that is a huge compliment. This is just about as good as colourways go if you ask me and even if you don't, it's hard to argue that this is not a good-looking football boot. The Nike Hypervenom 3 is dubbed as the ultimate striker's boot and you've got to hand it to the guys at Nike; this thing looks like it's lethal in front of goal.
The Nike Hypervenom 3 has returned to its origins of being a through and through striker's boot and when you look at the roster of players using the Hypervenom you can see what they're on about; Lewandowski, Higuain and Rashford to name a few. You sense the goals in these boots and by the look of things they will probably give you that little extra bit of confidence that makes you go for the panenka or cheeky finish over the goalkeeper. It's not all looks though, as Nike have fitted it with plenty of technology to aid your finishing.

No more NikeSkin. Gone. History. Instead Nike have fitted the third generation of the Hypervenom with a FlyKnit and FlyWire upper that allows for improved foot movement and greater lockdown. Furthermore, two separate zones decorate the upper; the Cut and Strike zones. The cut zone is located on the outside of the foot and features air-filled pods to give you a controlled and dampened touch on the ball, whereas the strike zone on the instep features multi-layered pods, which reflect power onto the ball based on how hard you strike it. Power, accuracy and control for you right there!
Underneath the boot a new soleplate has been fitted with the same mantra as the Hypervenom boasts itself; cut and strike. This leaves you with a perfect mix of conical and diagonally bladed studs that allow you to change direction and accelerate with ease. The Hypervenom 3 hasn't been around for long, but it hasn't wasted any time when it comes to delivering fan favourites; an eye-catching launch colour, the leather-clad tech craft version and now this - the almost blacked out colourway. Well done, Nike!
