Nike Flex Trainer 5 is a shoe specially developed for cardio, strength and other workouts. The shoe is made with an upper of a single piece of mesh, which makes the upper very light and breathable. The shoe is from heel to toe covered with a durable leather material, which gives increased durability and support when moving laterally. The shoes upper is developed in a way that it moves with the foot and furthermore follows your natural flex. Integrated in the upper is dynamic "cables" that, when you tighten the laces, lock you in the boot, so you get maximal support and lockdown. In addition the shoes opening is lined with a soft foam material, which stops rubbing and ensures high levels of comfort. Flex Trainer 5 is made with a soft mid-sole, which gives good comfort and shock-absorbency during your training. The outsole is made with a hexagon pattern, which increases flexibility in all directions, so you don't have any restrictions.
