Go to Market Specialist adidas
We are now hiring for the position as a Go to Market Specialist, supporting the Unisport and adidas joined business.
The position is a key figure in elevating our launches, based on tests, KPI’s and reporting. You will be executing across the full ecosystem to analyze business results and sharing insights with us to optimize and shape the future launches. You will get a 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce and owning an end-to-end relationship with internal and external partners.
You will work closely with Social Media, Marketing, Product Management, Retail Teams, Category Management and the Go to Market Director, whom you will also report directly to.
Key responsibilities:
- Own adidas calendar launch and activation and ensure key launches are executed with impact and partnerships are maximized.
- Maximize execution and drive the coordination of key launches of adidas products in Unisport
- Drive alignment between adidas, Unisport category managers and marketing teams before, on and after launch day(s)
- Run brand and product experiences exclusive to Unisport Members - Secure alignment internally and maximize the potential of editorial content - Lead Unisport content briefing process at key content productions - Proactively look for and request ideal content opportunities
- Integrate relevant editorial content on Unisport websites and drive add to basket - Increase basket sizes by creating seasonally relevant product packages e.g. combining top and bottom training products, Winterized products, fan packages etc..

What we expect from you:
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce from Sales, Retail Buying and Planning or Project Management
- Strong business and analytical skills
- Understanding of e-commerce environment and KPI’s
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge with MS Office Excel
- Driven, eager to learn and able to work independently
- See a challenge in being a key executor in all product launches with a high responsibility and dependency

Unisport was founded in 1995 and since 2002 we have sold football products online all over Denmark with great success. In the meantime we have opened local web shops not only in Denmark but also in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Holland, Germany, France, Austria and Italy.
We also have our international website to customers all over the world. We have 5 retail doors, located in Copenhagen, Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Munich.
You will be part of a young, dynamic company with over 150 employees, where you will have the opportunity to shape your own daily life. We have a flexible workplace, but our offices are based in Copenhagen SV. However, you also need to be able to travel an estimated 4-6 times a year.
