Here's the newest incarnation of the Air Max series - Air Max Tavas. The shoe is inspired by previous Air Max models, but despite that a modernisation the comfort and durability is still top drawer, something the collection is famed for. The Air Max Tavas is made with a seamless mesh upper, and has a perforated suede heel panel. The seamless upper gives good comfort and ensures top level durability. No Air Max is complete without the visible Max Air unit. And this visible Max Air unit in the heel gives optimal shock-absorbency. A full-length foam mid sole gives durability, stability and added padding for optimised comfort. Nike's revolutionary Air-Sole unit became a part of Nike footwear around the late 70's. In 1987 Nike Air Max with visible air in the heel had their debut. Now the user could not only feel the Air-Sole comfort, they could actually see it. And just a year later the next generation of Nike Air Max 90 became a hit with athletes, as well as, collectors, by offering striking colour combinations, minimal weight and strong cushioning.
