Nike Midlayer Strike AeroSwift training shirt. The training shirt is made with Nike's innovative AeroSwift technolog, which is a combination of single and double knitted yarn. The shirt is single knitted in the areas where you need breathability the most and double knitted in the areas where you need a stronger structure. The construction method is so detailed that the ventilation holes are directly implemented in the shirt from the beginning. The yarn has a textured surface and is more robust. This makes it able for Nike to use less yarn with making it able to see through the shirt. As a result shirts made with AeroSwift are 10% lighter, has 50% more stretch and dries 25% quicker than earlier shirts. The new yarn is made with a brushed quality and this makes it nice towards the skin. This is a 'midlayer' shirt - a shirt meant to be worn on top of a base layer, and under, for example, a jacket. Made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex.
