The upper on the Brilliant APS is made from synthetic leather, named "Teijin Microfibre". The design is based on 32 panels, 12 five-edged and 20 six-edged panels. This allows for a light structure, with minimum drag. The football is thermo-bonded, eliminating the need for any stitching. This reduces the water intake, and keeps the football at top peak condition for longer - even in wet conditions. The upper combined with an all new lining and the patented Zero Wing bladder, allows for a softer lighter and more comfortable touch. The lining is made from a 4 mm thick exclusive foam, where the Zero Wing bladder is made from natural latex ensuring a stable core. The valve is the durable Double Lock valve, that keeps the air loss at a minimum. A light football that is actually the very same weight as the traditional football. FIFA Quality Pro approved - it has passed all 7 official FIFA tests. The size, weight, bounce, water intake and form. All so you know the football will keep performing.
