The WC 2018 Telstar has been put through comprehensive testing, to ensure it meets the demands from the modern footballer and superstars. Quality tested, so you can be sure it will perform even during the the toughest conditions. So for this WC the official match ball is more durable than ever. Quality and innovation The Telstar Match ball has been given an all new panel design, with an updated graphical coating. This helps to improve the performance and add durability. These it is cool to go green, which is why adidas has been dedicated to be able to work with recycled materials for the ball container. The upper is made from textured PU, for improved grip touch stability and aerodynamics. While given an all new panel design, it continues to be utilizing the classic 6 panel design that was also used on the WC 2014 Brazuca. The Telstar match ball is thermal bonded together, to allow for a more stable flow in the air, a more predictable path and lower water intake.
