The official match ball from adidas, which the European nations will use as they meet for the UEFA EURO 2016 in France. The ball has been named Beau Jeu, meaning 'the beautiful game' in French. The Beau Jeu ball is built around a classic 6-panel design, as we also saw it with the 2016 Euro Qualifier match balls and the Brazuca football from the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. The surface of the ball is thermally bonded and therefore has no seams. This treatment of the surface gives a more stable swerve, a more predictable trajectory and less water uptake.
