It is now 10 years ago since PUMA launched the v1.06 which is their first textile football boot ever. This iconic boot will now be available again, due to the anniversary and will be made as a re-edition. This is an exact copy of the original boot and will be available in a strong limited edition. This boot has been used by players such as the Arsenal legend Robert Pires, the goal machine from FC Barcelona between 2004-09 Samuel Eto'o and Yaya Toure, who still is one of the backbones at Manchester City. • Re-edition of the PUMA v1.06. • Strongly limitated! - only 500 pairs in the world! • Textile upper - Weight only 218 grams Superior touch with a thin and light textile upper The PUMA v1.06 10th is made from a thin, flexible and light textile upper. Because of this material on the upper, you get a fantastic feeling with the ball and an incredible close touch. The boot has furthermore asymmetric laces, which gives a bigger and cleaner kick surface so you can get a better strike to the ball. A internal neoprene 'sock' is placed by the asymmetric laves and this will give a tighter and comfortable fit. Carbon fiber outer sole designed for pure speed The boot has a light and strong carbon fiber outer sole, which distributes the pressure, that your feet are exposed too during practice and matches, equally around the sole. By having this optimal distribution of pressure you feet and body will be relieved. And external heal coat is integrated in the outer sole which ensures you stability. PUMA v1.06. 10th has 17 studs that are specially designed to give ultimate speed and gives you maximum power transmission. The 10 mixed studs on the front foot secures an ideal grip on the surface during linear runs, meanwhile the 7 transverse mixed studs on the back foot secures you a good grip during changes in directions in high speed. Furthermore, the boot has a removable inner sole, which has extra upholstery on the inside right where the foots natural pressure point is placed. The inner sole is furthermore perforated to give a better breath ability and lower weight. Weight: 218 grams. This FG boot is made for firm ground surfaces such as natural grass.
