Puma PowerCat 1.12 SL is the latest version of the popular power boot from Puma, with focus on great comfort, good striking abilities - and now, also lower weight. The boot that used to weigh 286 grams, has been on a diet and now, proudly, weighs in at a reasonable 243 grams. Hereby, Puma have managed to shave off no less than 43 grams from the boot. The upper is, on the forefoot, made from soft kangaroo leather, which is now thinner in order to reduce weight and improve your ball touch. On the middle of the foot a piece of comfortable microfibre takes over in order to stabilise the boot and optimise the comfort. To lower the weight of the PowerCat 1.12, changes have also been made on the bottom of the boot, where the same studs as the V1.11 haven been chosen over the original studs.
