The Nike Tiempo Premier football boot was launched back in 1994, ahead of the the 1994 World Cup in the USA. It is a simple boot, based on “The Nike” boot from 1971 - being Nike's first ever featuring the iconic Swoosh. The focus of the Tiempo Premier, was to create a boot featuring superior comfort and a amazing touch - competing with the most popular models at the time. Nike’s launch was a success, with the Tiempo Premier being worn by no less than 10 players in the 1994 World Cup final. Since then the Premier has been launched as a independent silo three times. First launch in May 2013 were a tribute to “The Nike” boot from 1971 and the Tiempo Premier from 1994. Second launch in December 2013 celebrated the three nations Nike sponsored, that has achieved winning first spot at a World Cup: Brazil, England and France. The third launch, fusioned Premiers classic design with the legendary Tiempo colors - bringing it back to its roots. Now its time for the fourth launch of the Premier, bringing the classic silhouette to each end of the color scale. This is the blackout edition, that brings nostalgia and memories of an era where black boots were dominating the pitches. • Limited Edition • Kangaroo leather upper - weight 245 gram Timeless look and premium materials On the front the upper is made from very soft and flexible kangaroo leather, while the rest of the upper is made from high quality goat leather. These two types of leather adapts perfectly to your feet, from the very first entry - ensuring an extraordinary level of comfort. The leather also allows for a very close touch on the ball, as well as a superior feel and control. The entrance has an anatomical fit, for great support and a soft fit at the ankle. The inside of the heel cap feature suede for added comfort and to prevent any slipping inside the boots. Comfortable and flexible out sole The Premier has been fitted with a light out sole made from TPU, to provide comfort and flexibility. It allows your feet to stay close to the ground, for better turns and twists. The natural flexibility of the out sole, ensures a stable and springy fit - for optimum launch. Weight: 245 gram. This FG boot is made for firm ground surfaces such as natural grass.
