For five years adidas players have ravaged defenses with the f50 collection, but now it’s all over. This is your last chance to secure a pair of f50 football boots and as a gesture we have decided to give away a T-shirt and gym bag to anyone who buys a pair of f50 football boots. All you have to do is choose what size you want your T-shirt in and write it in the comment-section on the order page, as you pay. Please note: The products are given away for as long as stock remains, so hurry up before it is too late. It’s not just low weight that makes a good speed boot. That is the conclusion adidas have arrived at, through years and years of thorough analysis and talks with their very best athletes. Adidas have therefore given their F50 adizero a serious overhaul – and the results are astounding The first thing you notice about the new F50 adizero, is the weight. adidas have increased the weight by a remarkable 45 grams. The reason for this is that adidas want to give their player more stability, better support and increased comfort. Despite the increase in weight adidas have managed to keep the tight ball contact and sensational feeling of lightweight, which we associate with the F50 kollektionen. The boot is made from a single piece of adidas’ leather-emulating synthetic Hybridtouch, which is a soft and supple material that combines the very best attributes from leather and synthetic in one upper. This means you get a flexible upper, with a low intake of water and an upper that doesn’t overstretch in the same way as leather would. The entire upper is covered in a 360 degree 3D Dribbletex, which is a specially designed texture that gives increased friction between the boot and ball. This addition helps you, especially when dribbling at high speed. The Dribbletex is particularly prudent in wet weather and makes sure the ball doesn’t slide off the boot and you can therefore focus entirely on beating your direct opponent. The outsole and stud-configuration are inspired by the world of athletics, where adidas have looked at sprinters spiked shoes, in an effort to give the F50 boot even more grip. The outsole is therefore equipped with brand new grip pattern, which gives increased pitch grip, when you accelerate. The small jagged pattern under the front foot makes sure that you have grip the second you plant your foot, after which the sole follows your foots natural movement, so you get the most power in your kick-off. Furthermore adidas have also changed the stud-configuration on the new F50 adizero. The largest change from the Speedtraxion studs is that there is just three studs under the heel. This first and foremost saves weight, but also makes sure that you can penetrate the ground quicker. Furthermore there is a torsion bar under the mid foot, which gives a better distribution of pressure. The stud-configuration is split into two levels. The first is built up around 6 main studs, which gives the you the initial grip. The second level is a range of small barbs under the sole, which increase the grip and make sure you reach your top speed quicker. With the new F50 adizero adidas have managed to combine low weight, with high levels of comfort. The boot keeps the classic adizero qualities, like a tight fit and close ball feel, but at the same time adidas have managed to add increased comfort and support to the pile The F50 silo is an icon in the football world and the boot is used by superstars Gareth Bale, Arjen Robben and James Rodríguez. Weight: 195 gram. With FG studs for firm ground surfaces such as grass.
