ACE is a brand new boot silo from adidas, which is designed for the player who calls the shots, sets the pace and implements the managerâs game plan. ⢠A part of the Mercury Pack ⢠Synthetic 3D Deboss upper ⢠Revolutionizing stud configuration, for use on both natural grass and artificial grass Innovative 3D Deboss upper The ACE 16.3 is designed with a special constructed 3D Deboss upper, that creates the maximum amount of friction between boot and ball - for the highest level of control. Debossing is a specially technique, where some parts of the material is lower than others. On the ACE 16.3 you see this around the small triangles, that covers both high and low parts of the upper. Furthermore the upper is coated with an ultra thin 3D layer of synthetic material, that adidas has named Non-Stop Grip (NSG). The thin coating makes the upper softer and improves the touch in all weather conditions. Also, it improves the protection and durability of the boot. For an improved tight and compression fit, adidas has fitted the ACE 16.3 with the CTRL/FIT construction. Comfortable outsole with the GROUND/CTRL The outsole is the same, as on the previous generation. But this time it is combined with adidasâs new GROUND/CTRL stud configuration. The comfortable outsole ensures you are given stability and optimum conditions, even when you are maxed out. The outsole features 11 conical studs, that allows for ultimate mobility and maneuverability - making it easy to turn on a dime. The stud configuration is still hybrid between FG and AG, allowing you to use on both natural grass pitches and on artificial grass. This FG/AG boot is made for firm ground surfaces such as natural grass and artificial grass.
