ACE is a brand new boot silo from adidas, which is designed for the player who calls the shots, sets the pace and implements the manager’s game plan. • A part of the Mercury Pack • Synthetic CTRL/WEB upper - Weight only 193 grams • Worn by players like David de Gea, Manuel Neuer and Roberto Firmino • Revolutionizing stud configuration, for use on both natural grass and artificial grass Innovative CTRL/WEB upper with CTRL/FIT The ACE 16.1 is made with a specially designed synthetic CTRL/WEB upper, that ensures maximum friction between boot and ball, for optimum touch and control. Furthermore the upper is coated with an ultra thin 3D layer of synthetic material, that adidas has named Non-Stop Grip (NSG). This coating allows for a softer surface and improved control in all weather conditions. Also, it improves the protection and durability of the boot. For an improved tight and compression fit, adidas has fitted the ACE 16.1 with the CTRL/FIT construction. Comfortable outsole with the GROUND/CTRL The outsole is the same, as on the previous generation. But this time it is combined with adidas’s new GROUND/CTRL stud configuration. The comfortable outsole ensures you are given stability and optimum conditions, even when you are maxed out. The outsole features 11 conical studs, that allows for ultimate mobility and maneuverability - making it easy to turn on a dime. The stud configuration is still hybrid between FG and AG, allowing you to use on both natural grass pitches and on artificial grass. Weight: 193 grams. This FG/AG boot is made for firm ground surfaces such as natural grass and artificial grass.
