Nike Premier Limited Edition in an exclusive and limited version that celebrates three of the nations that have been victorious on the biggest football scene of them all: Brazil, France and England - yellow, blue and red.
We have previously seen a a subdued black model, but now the upper is all about colour. The sole is white, but the colour of the upper is also found on the tip of the studs.
On the forefoot the upper is made of extremely soft and supple kangaroo leather, and on the midfoot and heel, Nike have used the same goat leather that we have also seen them use on their street shoe, the Lunargato II. It provides an incredible fit right away, and after a very short breaking in period, the leather will shape itself according to your foot, resulting in even higher comfort levels. In addition, the soft leather also provides a very natural touch on the ball, something that we believe a lot of people will applaud.
The Nike Premier sits on the same last as they used for the Hypervenom, which is Nike's most anatomically correct last yet. It places your foot close to the ground and the ball to improve your touch. The natural flex from the outsole provides as stable midfoot and a springy forefoot, hereby improving your immediate acceleration. The stud configuration is also very classic with conical studs and a few blades, that provide a nice pitch grip on various surfaces.
The boot is made over Nike's brand new X1 last, which takes departure in the same anatomical analyses that are used for the Hypervenom - where the last is called X1.1.
The Nike Premier is to be found in the same football boot segment as the adidas Copa Mundial and the Puma King Top DI, and targets the player who is looking for a classic and highly comfortable boot.
