The season is now in full swing in the various leagues around the world, and players are bringing their best play to the pitch. If you have yet to kick off your season, it is very much about time! Nike are now launching their striking Electro Flare Pack, where a loud splash of the volt colour on the back of the boots break the main colour of the upper. A look that is bound to impress, and certainly something that will make you stand out on the pitch. The Mercurial Vapor is designed for the explosive player who is all about speed. It is the player who can deliver explosive speed and leaves the opponents in the dust. • A part of the Electro Flare Pack • Teijin upper – weight of just 191 grams • Worn by players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Eden Hazard and Franck Ribéry Teijin upper ensures ultimate touch The Vapor X is equipped with an upper made of the popular Teijin OLM 12 material. Nike have covered the material with Micro Touch and Micro Speed Control, which provides an incredible ball grip. The golf-ball like texture on the upper is kept, although the “dimples” have been made smaller. You will still experience the same friction between ball and boot, which provides good control when dribbling at high speed. The upper is very thin and flexible, and will therefore give you an almost barefoot touch on the ball. In addition, the boot is naturally equipped with All Conditions Control, which provides the same ball grip, whether you are playing in wet weather conditions or in the dry. Integrated tongue for better lockdown As something new, the tongue is now a more integrated part of the boot, and the framework of the boot has also been updated. The framework works more or less like the Brio-cables that we have see on the Superfly and the new construction provides a nice lockdown effect as you lace up the boots. All together, you will get an excellent fit and a comfort that beats its predecessors. Studs designed for an explosive acceleration The sole is made of a highly flexible, yet still stable, nylon material. Moreover, Nike have updated the stud configuration, based on feedback from the brand's biggest stars. The bladed studs ensure that you can penetrate the ground quickly, and thereby facilitate explosive acceleration. Weight: 191 grams This a FG boot for natural grass.
